I suggest we book a consult conversation before booking our first counselling appointment. Those will be 15 mins, free over zoom. I believe it is critically important that the connection between client and counsellor be genuine & authentic in order to achieve effective counselling outcomes.

Consultations - 15 minutes/ no fee

Individual Session- 60 minutes $165, 90mins $200

Couples/ Relationship Sessions (2 individuals)- 60 minutes $225, 90 minutes $250

A minimum of 24 hours required to cancel your appointment.

I have Square for payment processing in the office, as well I accept e-transfer or CC virtually.

Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) is a highly insured clinical counselling designation, I am covered by a variety of carriers.

Please provide 24 hours cancellation or you will be charged for the session.
